Processing customized arch shaped panels: flat color steel plates, galvanized plates, etc. are gradually rolled into different curvature and length arch shaped panels, suitable for structural requirements such as beamless factories and greenhouses.

Ensuring molding accuracy and stability: Paired with a PLC control system and dedicated rollers, it can accurately control the consistency of arch radius and curvature, avoid deformation of the sheet, and achieve strong rigidity and good wind and seismic resistance after processing.

Suitable for multiple construction scenarios: It can process various types of boards with a thickness of 0.25-0.8mm, support continuous processing of large-sized boards, and meet the arch structure requirements of different scenarios such as factory roofs, greenhouse coverings, and building connectors.

Improve processing efficiency: Automated feeding, forming, and cutting are integrated, and some models can reach speeds of 8-12m/min, greatly reducing manual operations and adapting to batch sheet metal processing.
