The purpose of an arching machine is to process metal sheets or profiles into circular, arched, or circular workpieces through cold bending technology. It is a widely used sheet metal processing equipment.

Good maintenance is the foundation for ensuring the machining accuracy of the arching machine, extending the service life of the equipment, and avoiding safety accidents. Maintenance work can be divided into daily maintenance, regular maintenance, and long-term shutdown maintenance.

Daily maintenance (before and after each shift)

Cleaning work:

After work every day, thoroughly clean the surface of the machine and the rollers of dust, oil, and metal debris. Keeping the equipment clean is the first step in maintenance.

Lubrication inspection:

Check whether each lubrication point (such as oil level in the tank and oil level in the cup) is normal.

Before starting up, manually add lubricating oil to key friction parts such as guide rails, screw rods, and bearing seats.

Tightening inspection:

Check and tighten the bolts and nuts of various parts (such as the frame and bearing seat) to prevent loosening due to vibration.

security check:

Check if there is any oil leakage in the hydraulic system.

Check the electrical circuit for aging and damage.

Start up and run empty, listen for any abnormal noise, and check if the operation is smooth.
