The color steel plate arching machine is a specialized equipment used for on-site processing of color coated steel plates (color steel plates) into arched roofs/walls.

Strong adaptability:

According to design requirements, the curvature (arch height) of the board can be adjusted to produce arched boards with different curvatures.

Especially suitable for large industrial plants, warehouses, agricultural machinery warehouses, market sheds, and other buildings that require large-span arch structures.

Integrated construction:

Usually used in conjunction with lifting equipment (such as vehicle mounted lifting platforms) to form a complete high-altitude arch plate operation system.

workflow

Equipment in place: Use lifting equipment to transport the color steel plate arching machine and color steel coil together to the starting point of roof installation.

Fixed and debugged: Fix the arching machine in the correct position and adjust the curvature and direction of the board.

Material threading and start-up: Introduce the plate head of the color steel coil into the feeding port of the arching machine.

Continuous plate production and installation: Start the machine, and the formed arched color steel plates are continuously sent out. The installation workers follow closely behind and fix the arched plates on the roof purlins.

Mobile and continuous operation: After completing a section of installation, move the entire equipment backwards and continue with the next section of panel removal and installation until the entire roof is completed.
