Three tips for debugging double-layer tile press:

1. If the tile press deviates to the right while pressing steel plates, a hard object should be placed under the left corner. If it deviates to the left, it should be placed under the right corner.

2. First, align the height of the four corners of the front and rear rows of the tile press from the main frame to the upper end of the lower shaft. Then, from row to row, find a straight line and check if it is on the same straight line. Adjust the left and right sides of the lower shaft to a horizontal position.

3. Find the double layered tile press machine row and the one row, then lock the nuts on both sides. Draw a straight line in front and behind the middle wheel, adjust the gap between the upper and lower shafts, and then adjust the machine along the straight line.
