1. The equipment is controlled by PLC and multiple protections are set during normal production.

2. The bed is made of welded steel plates. And carry out tempering treatment to eliminate internal stress and avoid deformation of the aircraft body.

3. The molding frame is made of cast iron structure and has undergone tempering treatment. Good strength and long service life.

4. The material of the rolling mill shaft is 40Cr and has undergone quenching and tempering treatment, with a hardness of HB280.

5. The material of the molding mold is GCr15, quenched, and the hardness is HRC56-62 ℃.

6. The transmission structure is a gearbox transmission. Each molding rack is equipped with a light steel keel machine. It can protect devices from exceeding the time limit, operate with good strength, and have a long service life.
