The light steel keel forming machine has transformed the traditional on-site cutting and assembly process of the skeleton into large-scale and standardized production in the factory, greatly promoting the progress of the construction and decoration industry.
Light steel keel is a metal skeleton made of continuous hot-dip galvanized steel strip as raw material, rolled by cold bending process. Mainly used for:
Ceiling keel: a load-bearing framework for installing ceilings (such as gypsum board, mineral wool board).
Partition keel: A skeleton used to construct non load bearing indoor partitions.
Features: Light weight, high strength, fireproof, moisture-proof, fast construction, and not easily deformed.
A complete light steel keel production line mainly includes:
Material release system (uncoiler):
Used for carrying and unfolding raw material coils (usually galvanized steel strips).
Leveling system:
Used to eliminate the original stress, wave edge, and sickle bend of the coil, ensuring that the strip entering the forming host is absolutely straight, which is the key to ensuring the straightness of the final product.
Guidance and pre punching system (optional but important):
Guidance: Ensure that the strip is centered and does not deviate.
Online punching/riveting: Accurately punching holes, riveting nuts, etc. for installing hanging or connecting parts on the strip. This greatly improves the efficiency of subsequent construction.
Forming system (host core):
The core part is composed of multiple (usually 12-20 or more) high-precision forming rollers.
Each rolling mill undergoes a small, progressive bending of the strip, ultimately forming a complete keel cross-sectional shape (such as C-shaped, U-shaped) at the exit.
Rolls are usually made of high-strength alloy steel, which undergoes heat treatment and precision grinding to ensure durability and forming accuracy.
Fixed length cutting system:
When the keel reaches the preset length, perform high-speed and precise cutting.
Cut off method:
Hydraulic cutting: Strong force, suitable for thicker materials.
Servo Flying Saw: During cutting, the saw blade moves synchronously with the profile, resulting in a smooth and burr free cut with extremely high precision. It is a standard configuration for high-end equipment.
Material receiving rack/automatic stacking platform:
Used to receive and automatically collect finished dragon bones after cutting, and stack them neatly for easy packaging and transportation.
Electric control system:
Based on PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) and touch screen as the core.
Function: Control the coordinated operation of the entire line, set production parameters (length, speed, quantity, etc.), and achieve automated production.
