Working principle and process

Following the principle of cold bending, the metal sheet undergoes plastic deformation through physical extrusion at room temperature, without the need for heating throughout the entire process, which can preserve the original properties of the metal material to the greatest extent possible. The specific process is as follows: first, the metal coil is unfolded by the feeding machine, and after being corrected by the guiding components, it is sent to the forming unit. The sheet is then passed through multiple sets of rollers and gradually rolled and bent into circular, square and other drainage pipe cross-sectional shapes. Finally, the cutting device completes the cutting according to the preset length, and the entire process can achieve continuous automated production.
