The guardrail forming machine is a specialized equipment that processes metal coils into guardrail profiles required for road, municipal, construction and other scenarios through cold bending forming technology. It is the core equipment for the mass production of guardrails.
Raw materials such as steel strips, galvanized strips, and color coated strips are processed through continuous processes such as unwinding, leveling, progressive cold bending, and fixed length cutting (or punching) into various shaped profiles for guardrails such as waveform guardrails, municipal guardrails, and fence guardrails, which are directly used for guardrail assembly.

High molding accuracy: The size error of the guardrail profile is ≤± 0.3mm, the cross-sectional profile is regular, the splicing fit is good, and the installation stability is guaranteed.
Wide adaptability range: capable of processing steel strips, galvanized strips, stainless steel strips, etc. with a thickness of 0.8-3.0mm, supporting the production of various types of waveform guardrails (double wave, three wave), municipal isolation guardrails, zinc steel guardrails, etc., with flexible changeover.
High production efficiency: molding speed of 10-35m/min, continuous automated operation, single shift can produce several kilometers of guardrail profiles, suitable for bulk orders.
Easy to operate: One click start after parameter preset, only need to adjust the forming roller or replace the dedicated mold when changing the mold, with short time consumption and low maintenance cost.
Structure of guardrail forming machine
Unwinding unit: carrying the entire roll of metal raw materials, equipped with tension control device to ensure smooth unwinding without deviation.
Leveling unit: corrects the wave patterns and warping of raw materials to ensure the accuracy of subsequent molding.
Forming host: The core component is designed with multiple component rollers according to the cross-sectional shape of the guardrail, gradually rolled into preset contours (such as waveform, rectangle, arc) through cold bending.
Auxiliary unit: including punching device (processing installation holes, connection holes), cutting device (hydraulic/mechanical cutting, flat cutting), and some models are equipped with surface treatment devices (such as film coating and spray coating pretreatment).
Electric control system: adopting PLC control, supporting the setting of guardrail length and forming speed parameters, touch screen operation, high degree of automation.
