Steel plate leveling machine is a specialized equipment used to correct the warping, wavy patterns, sickle bending and other deformations of steel plates (including cold-rolled plates, hot-rolled plates, stainless steel plates, etc.), and is a key pre-treatment equipment before metal processing.
core functionality
By using multiple sets of vertically staggered leveling rollers, the deformed steel plate is subjected to repeated bending and stretching, eliminating internal stress and restoring the flatness of the steel plate, providing precision assurance for subsequent cutting, stamping, welding and other processes.
Core structure
Leveling roller component: the core working component, with upper and lower rollers arranged in a staggered manner, usually consisting of 5-21 sets of rollers (the thicker the plate and the greater the deformation, the more rollers there are), and the roller surface is subjected to high-precision grinding treatment.
Adjustment device: The distance between the upper and lower rollers can be manually or electrically adjusted to adapt to steel plates of different thicknesses (usually 0.3-20mm), while adjusting the leveling pressure to adapt to plates of different degrees of deformation.
Drive system: It is driven by a motor and a reducer to drive the leveling roller to rotate at a constant speed, ensuring smooth sheet transportation. Some models support variable frequency speed regulation.
Feeding/discharging device: equipped with guide rollers and material racks to ensure smooth feeding and unloading of sheets and avoid secondary deformation.
Rack: Designed with a rigid structure to reduce vibration during leveling and ensure stable leveling accuracy.

High leveling accuracy: After correction, the flatness of the board can be controlled within ≤ 0.3mm/m, meeting the requirements of high-precision machining.
Wide adaptability range: It can handle various materials such as cold-rolled plate, hot-rolled plate, stainless steel plate, galvanized plate, patterned plate, etc. The plate thickness covers 0.3-20mm, and the width can reach 1000-3000mm.
Easy to operate: The parameter adjustment is intuitive, and some models come with a CNC system that can preset leveling parameters for different sheets and start with just one click.
