The full name of the high-altitude tile pressing machine should be high-altitude tile pressing equipment. It is an integrated system that can directly press and form metal coils on the roof of buildings or high-altitude work platforms on site and complete the laying.
Traditional craftsmanship vs. high-altitude tile pressing craftsmanship:
Traditional craftsmanship: setting up a tile pressing workshop on the ground → pressing and forming roof panels → lifting the panels to the roof with a crane → manually transporting them to the installation point → installation.
High altitude tile pressing process: transport the tile pressing machine directly to the roof or high-altitude platform → after the equipment is in place, directly suck in the roll material → press and remove the board on site → directly drop it onto the roof for installation.
A complete high-altitude tile pressing system usually consists of three main parts:
High altitude lifting system:
Function: Transport the tile press and roll material safely and smoothly to high altitude.
Implementation method:
Vehicle mounted: The device is integrated into a truck or trailer and lifted to the roof height by a hydraulic arm or mast.
Roof track type: First, install the track on the roof, and the equipment moves and lifts on the track through power such as a winch.
Basket style: Use large building baskets to transport equipment and materials to the roof.
Pressure tile host:
This is a compact and lightweight tile press, with the same core principle as a ground tile press, including a feeding rack, forming rollers, and cutting system.
It is usually designed to produce multiple types of plates (such as angled, concealed, 760, 820, etc.), which can be achieved by changing the mold.
Power and control system:
Using diesel engines, electric motors, or hydraulic drives to meet the power requirements of high-altitude operations.
The operator controls the lifting, tile pressing, board removal, and cutting of the equipment on the lifting work platform or through a remote control.
workflow
Equipment positioning: Move the high-altitude tile pressing equipment to a suitable location next to the building.
Lifting: Transport the tile pressing machine and roll material to the roof through a lifting system.
Positioning and fixing: Move the equipment to the initial installation position on the roof and fix it.
Material threading and debugging: Introduce the coil head into the tile press and debug the direction of the board.
Start tile pressing and installation: Start the equipment, directly output the pressed roof panels, and the installation workers will follow closely to fix them.
Mobile and Continuous Operations: After completing one area, the equipment moves backwards along the roof to continue with the next area's operations.
