Forming and composite host: The host is built with 80 * 160 square tubes and equipped with 19 ￠ 150 rubber shafts. Some models also include 6 adjustable corrugated shafts, for a total of 25 shafts to work together. At the same time, it is equipped with a dropper, a glue leveling device, and a glue pump component. It adopts a dropper gluing method, and the glue output can be accurately adjusted. It is matched with multiple pairs of rubber rollers to tightly press the panel and core material, avoiding delamination and hollowing.

Cutting and auxiliary unit: The cutting part adopts a pneumatic walking design, equipped with a 5.5KW motor. The upper cutting blade can be adjusted within a range of 200mm relative to the lower cutting blade, which can achieve fixed length cutting and regular cutting. There are also edge rollers, slotters, etc. that can complete the processes of edge rolling, slotting, etc. The material rack receives finished boards to ensure smooth output.

Intelligent electronic control unit: equipped with PLC control system and touch screen, combined with frequency converter and encoder, it can accurately set parameters such as production speed, glue output, cutting length, etc., with frequency conversion speed regulation and digital display, making operation convenient.

One machine has strong adaptability for multiple uses: it can not only switch to produce rock wool sandwich panels and foam sandwich panels, but also produce a variety of panels such as single-layer profiled panels and ordinary I-shaped aluminum composite panels. By adjusting the component spacing, it can adapt to the production needs of panels with different thicknesses such as 50, 70, and 100mm.
