The ridge tile machine is a cold bending equipment used for producing steel structure building roof ridge coverings (ridge tiles). It can process metal coils into specific shapes of ridge tiles and is a key equipment in the production of roof building materials.

Function of spine tile machine

Through continuous automated cold bending technology, raw materials such as steel strips, galvanized strips, and color coated strips are sequentially processed for unwinding, leveling, forming, and fixed length cutting, producing ridge tile products specifically for roof ridges in one go, directly adapting to the needs of roof ridge sealing, waterproofing, and decoration.

Backbone tile machine structure

Unwinding unit: carrying the entire roll of metal raw materials, equipped with tension control device to ensure smooth unwinding without deviation.

Leveling unit: corrects the wavy patterns and slight warping of the raw material roll, laying the foundation for precise molding.

Forming host: The core component is gradually designed by multiple composition rollers according to the shape of the ridge tile, and the sheet metal is rolled into a predetermined ridge tile contour (such as triangular ridge tile, circular arc ridge tile) through cold bending.

Cutting unit: using hydraulic or mechanical cutting methods, accurately cutting according to the preset length, with a smooth and burr free cut.

Electrical Control System: Mainly controlled by PLC, supporting the setting of parameters such as ridge tile length and production speed. Some models come with touch screens for intuitive and convenient operation.

Features of the equipment

Accurate size: The size error of the spine tile can be controlled within ± 0.3mm, with a regular contour, tight splicing, and good waterproof sealing.

Flexible adaptation: capable of processing steel strips, galvanized strips, color coated strips, etc. with a thickness of 0.3-1.0mm, supporting the production of various specifications of ridge tiles (width, curvature), and some models can be quickly changed.

High efficiency: molding speed of 8-25m/min, continuous automated production, no need for manual intervention in the molding process, suitable for batch supply.

Easy to operate: One click start after parameter setting, low maintenance cost, only 1-2 people are needed to complete the entire production line operation.
