A standard ridge tile forming production line typically includes the following parts:

Material rack (uncoiler):

Used for carrying and unfolding metal raw material coils.

Leveling device:

Key components. Used to eliminate the original bending stress of the coil and ensure that the sheet entering the forming machine is straight, which is the prerequisite for ensuring that the final ridge tile is not twisted and installed smoothly.

Molding host (core part):

Composed of multiple (usually 6-12) precision designed forming rollers.

Each rolling mill undergoes a small, gradual bending of the sheet metal, gradually forming the final ridge shape from the flat plate.

Roller characteristics: Customization based on the shape of the target ridge tile (such as circular arc, right angle, irregular shape) is the key to determining the final style of the product.

Fixed length cutting system: The ridge tile machine can produce various styles (such as European and Chinese) and sizes of ridge tiles by replacing different rolling mill molds, adapting to the diverse needs of the market.
