Single layer tile press machine

1、 Product Overview

As the name suggests, a single-layer tile press is a type of tile press equipment that can only produce one specific plate type. Unlike "double-layer tile press" or "multi-layer composite plate press", it does not have a complex roller changing system or composite function. Its core value lies in focusing on the effectiveness, stability, and low-cost production of a single product.

It uses a set of fixed fine rollers to continuously cold bend color steel plates or galvanized steel plates into predetermined shapes, such as common 840 type, 860 type, 900 type wall panels or roof panels.

2、 Core working principle

Process: Material feeding → Guidance → Forming → Cutting → Board output

Feeding: Manually or mechanically place steel coils on the feeding rack.

Molding: This is the core process. The steel plate is fed into the main unit of the tile press, and is bent step by step through a set of fixed rollers (usually 10-18 rolls) to form the desired wavy or trapezoidal cross-section.

Fixed length cutting: After the formed continuous strip reaches the set length, it is cut by a mechanical or hydraulic cutting device installed at the output end.

Board output: The cut single tile board is manually or simply transported by a conveyor rack and stacked.

3、 Main features of the equipment

Focusing on a single type of plate: The equipment is designed to produce one type of plate and cannot produce other types by replacing the rolling mill.

Mechanical transmission is the main method: usually using a gearbox for unified transmission to protect the synchronization of all rolling mills and ensure stable operation.

Manual/semi-automatic control: The control system is relatively simple and may not have a PLC and touch screen. Usually, a counter is used for fixed length control.

No composite function: only produces single-layer profiled steel plates, not sandwich composite panels.
