1、 Product Overview

The floor support plate forming machine, also known as the profiled steel plate production line, is an automated equipment that rolls galvanized steel plates or color steel plates into specific cross-sectional shapes (such as closed floor support plates and open floor support plates) through cold bending forming technology. The floor slab produced by it is mainly used as a long-term formwork in construction, combined with the concrete poured on site to form a composite floor structure. This composite structure has significant advantages such as strong bearing capacity, good seismic resistance (based on actual reports), fast construction, and cost savings.

2、 Core working principle

Process: Loading → Leveling → Guiding → Continuous Cold Bending Forming → Fixed Length Cutting → Receiving

Unloading and unwinding: The hydraulic unwinding machine carries the steel coil and smoothly discharges the material.

Plate leveling: By using a leveling machine to eliminate the curling stress of the steel coil, it is confirmed that the plate entering the forming machine is properly leveled.

Guided feeding: The guiding device confirms that the sheet is aligned and smoothly enters the forming host.

Careful shaping: This is the core step. The flat steel plate is gradually cold-formed into the designed closed or open plate shape through more than ten (or more) carefully arranged rollers.

Fixed length cutting: After forming, the continuous strip is finely measured by an encoder or PLC, and after reaching the set length, it is automatically cut by hydraulic cutting or flying saw.

Finished product receiving: The cut single floor slab is automatically sent out through a conveyor frame and stacked and packaged by a hydraulic palletizer or manually.
