The layer panel forming machine is an industrial equipment that integrates unwinding, forming, laminating, and cutting. It is designed specifically for producing sandwich panels such as metal faced polyurethane (PU), rock wool, glass wool, etc. It is an ideal choice for building modern industrial plants, cold chain logistics, and commercial complexes.

Detailed working principle
Material release and leveling: The steel coil is unfolded by an uncoiler and the stress is relieved by a leveling machine to confirm the flatness of the plate surface.
Fine forming: The upper and lower layers of steel plates are separately fed into the forming machine and cold bent by multiple fine rollers to form a predetermined plate shape.
Uniform gluing/foaming: After gluing the lower layer board, it merges with the automatically transported core material (such as rock wool); For PU boards, the mixture is carefully injected by a high-pressure foaming machine.
Heating composite: The panel and core material enter the composite section, and are firmly bonded together through pressure and heating (PU board enters the drying channel for foaming and curing).
Fixed length cutting: The computer control system meticulously measures the length, and the fixed length cutting is performed by a flying saw or a grinding wheel saw.
Finished product output: The cut finished boards are collected and stacked by an automatic palletizing system, waiting to be packaged.
