How to clean the surface of the tile press?

How to use the tile press machine for a long time? First, we need to remember the maintenance manual of the tile press machine. We should persist in doing what is beneficial for the tile press every day.

First, the surface of the tile press machine needs to be cleaned thoroughly. The stamping process on the upper mold of the machine is as follows: the input shaft is driven by an electric motor through a pulley, and the upper shaft is driven by a small gear and a large gear. A set of cam mechanisms drives the sliding seat with the upper mold to move up and down, achieving tile pressing.

The indexing of the tile press worktable is achieved by a gear set installed at the end of the upper shaft, driving the pin gear, and shifting the groove wheel installed on the hexagonal wheel shaft to achieve indexing positioning. There is a cam at each end of the upper shaft that is conjugate with the pressing cam installed on the same shaft. The positioning of the lower mold in the working position is achieved through a positioning rod and a positioning plate. There are lubrication pumps installed in the left and right chassis, which pass through the oil pipes to deliver lubricating oil to various friction moving parts during machine operation. Those who understand the structure, performance, and operating procedures of this machine are not allowed to operate it.

The worktable of the color steel tile press machine has six processes, namely the flipping of the worktable (i.e. hexagonal wheel). In addition to the main product machine indexing and positioning, it is also equipped with a set of tight positioning mechanisms. During each stamping process, the correct positioning of the worktable mold and the placement of the slide table for the upper mold are arranged in a box layout. The slide table guide rail and the upper guide rail of the machine body have a long battle length. Each stamping process of the upper mold has a secondary stamping of the clay blank, that is, after the upper mold presses the tile blank in place, the upper mold rises by 10mm to make the clay blank fully exhausted. The upper mold then presses the tile blank down to place before returning to a high position. Therefore, the mold has a long service life and the quality of the suppressed product is good.
