What work can the metal sheet slitting production line do?

The core function of the metal strip production line is to accurately cut wide metal coils into narrow coils/plates to meet the processing needs of different industries. The core work that can be done is as follows:

Basic slitting processing: all kinds of metal wide coils such as hot rolled coils, cold rolled coils, galvanized coils, stainless steel coils, aluminum coils, etc. are cut into narrow coils with a specific width (for example, 100mm-1500mm adjustable) according to customer requirements, so as to meet the specification requirements of subsequent stamping, bending, welding and other processes.

At the same time, they can be matched with a film covering device to realize the film covering protection of the cut plates and avoid scratches during transportation/processing.

Customized cutting adaptation: support the cutting of metal plates with different thicknesses (usually 0.1mm-6mm, and high-end models can cover a wider range), and customize the cutting dimensional accuracy (error ≤±0.1mm) according to the special needs of industries such as construction, household appliances and automobiles, and adapt to personalized processing scenes.

Multi-material adaptive processing: it is compatible with the cutting of carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum alloy, copper alloy and other metal materials, and can handle special surface plates such as mirror stainless steel and color-coated steel plate to ensure that the cut surface is free of burrs and indentations.

Semi-finished products/finished products processing support: provide supporting cutting services for downstream industries, such as cutting narrow steel plates for refrigerator side plates for household appliances industry, cutting metal strips for parts stamping for automobile industry, cutting base plates for color steel tiles for construction industry, etc., which are directly used as semi-finished raw materials for downstream processes.
