Precautions for using C-shaped steel machine:

Before starting the C-shaped steel machine, check the surrounding condition of the machine. No items should be placed on the machine body, and the workpieces should be arranged neatly; Check if the oil level in the hydraulic tank and the gap between the forming wheels are normal at the berth; Is the switch and protective cover functioning properly.

2. Turn on the power and hydraulic switch, and observe whether the pressure display on the hydraulic gauge of the C-shaped steel machine is normal.

3. Before starting up, wipe the forming wheel and guide wheel repair seat clean, and fill the cup with oil.

4. Check the hydraulic system mirror, only when the oil gauge is stable can the molding machine be started.

5. Wait until the forming wheel and guide wheel are running normally before turning on the normal speed.

After starting production, the operator should perform self inspection on the parts according to the operation manual and record it.

If any abnormal situation occurs during the production process, the machine should be stopped immediately and relevant forms should be filled out.
