The rolling shutter door forming machine is a specialized equipment used for continuous cold bending forming, which can process metal coil into the required curtain pieces for rolling shutter doors (such as Australian rolling shutter door pieces and European rolling shutter door pieces). It is a rolling shutter door production equipment.

Through continuous automated processes such as unwinding, leveling, forming, punching, and cutting, steel strips, aluminum strips, and other raw materials are processed into roller shutter door curtains that meet specifications in one go. The curtains can be directly used for roller shutter door assembly without the need for secondary processing.
Core structure
Unwinding unit: carrying the entire roll of metal raw materials, equipped with a tension controller to ensure smooth unwinding without deviation.
Leveling unit: corrects the wave patterns and warping of the raw material coil to ensure the accuracy of subsequent molding.
Forming host: The core component consists of multiple forming rolls, which are rolled into predetermined curtain shapes (such as bite type and buckle type) through progressive cold bending technology.
Auxiliary unit: including punching device (for processing and installing holes, locking holes), cutting device (for precise cutting of fixed length), and some models are equipped with film covering device (to protect the surface of the curtain).
Electric control system: adopting PLC control, supporting parameter setting (curtain length, speed), touch screen operation, high degree of automation.

High molding accuracy: The size error of the curtain is ≤± 0.2mm, with tight bite and smooth surface, and smooth operation after assembly.
Strong adaptability: can process materials such as steel strip, aluminum strip, galvanized strip, etc., with a plate thickness of 0.3-1.2mm, supporting quick changeover of curtains (width, pattern) of different specifications.
Outstanding efficiency: molding speed of 10-30m/min, continuous automated production, single shift can produce thousands of meters of curtain sheets, suitable for bulk orders.
Easy to operate: One click start after parameter preset, only adjusting the spacing between forming rollers or replacing a small number of molds is needed for mold change, which is time-saving.
