1、 Product Overview

The glazed tile press is an excellent cold bending equipment that continuously rolls colored coated metal coils such as aluminum zinc steel plates and aluminum magnesium manganese alloys into modern metal roof tiles with traditional glazed tile shapes. The metal glazed tiles produced not only inherit the elegant form of classical architecture, but also have excellent characteristics of modern metal building materials such as lightweight, high strength, fire resistance (based on actual reports), earthquake resistance, and long service life. They thoroughly solve the pain points of heavy, fragile, and slow construction of traditional clay glazed tiles.

2、 Core working principle

Process: Material release → Leveling → Fine pre stamping (optional) → Main forming → Fixed length cutting → Material receiving

Automatic feeding: The hydraulic unwinding machine carries material rolls and achieves automatic and tension-free feeding.

Careful leveling: Use a leveling machine to eliminate internal stress in the coil and confirm that the tile blank is properly leveled.

Online stamping/embossing: (equipped with excellent models) can punch holes (for fixing) or press antique textures online during the forming process, enhancing the sense of three dimensionality and authenticity.

Core forming: The flat strip enters the forming host composed of multiple (usually 16 or more) fine rolling mills, gradually rolling out complex curved shapes of glazed tiles, including corrugations, drips, and tile heads.

Hydraulic fixed length cutting: Controlled by PLC, the length is carefully measured and cut using hydraulic scissors or mold punching, with a smooth and burr free cut.

Automatic material collection: The cut finished tiles are collected and stacked by conveyor racks and automatic palletizing devices for easy packaging.

3、 Main types of products

According to the combination of the final product, it can be divided into:

Single tile pressing machine: produces independent single tiles that need to be overlapped during installation, similar to the traditional installation method of glazed tiles, with a more realistic shape.

Conjoined tile press machine: produces horizontally connected strip tiles, which are installed quickly and have better waterproof performance (based on actual reports). It is widely used in modern construction.
